Dr. Brian Simmons, his wife Candice and their three children spent 8 years in the rain forest of Panama as a church planter, translator and consultant. He was involved in the Paya-Kuna New Testament translation project. He studied linguistics and Bible translation principles with New Tribes Mission. After their ministry in the jungle, Brian planted a thriving church in New England and now travels full time as a speaker and Bible teacher. Brian is the lead translator of The Passion Translation Project.
